Colorado Coalition Against the War on Iraq


In a meeting held in Denver in October 26, 2002, six organizations from the state of Colorado decided to form the Colorado Coalition Against the War on Iraq (CCAWI) in order to coordinate anti-war actions across the state.

This coalition disbanded in April, 2003.  An outgrowth of this coalition created Colorado Communities for Peace and Justice.
