Boulderite Dan Winters at the infamous mural of former President George Bush at the entranceway to Baghdad's 5-star Al-Rasheed Hotel. Not pictured, but right below Bush's face is written, in Arabic and English: "Bush is Criminal" The mural was created by one of Iraq's most famous artists, Leila At-Atar. On June 27, 1993, newly elected President Clinton ordered guided missiles dropped on Baghdad. At-Atar and her entire family were killed by one of the missiles. The U.S. has maintained that was a coincidence. (January, 2001)
